Sheltered from the storm

When the world felt overwhelming, I found a small, cozy place where I could escape the storm. I’d imagine myself nestled inside a teacup, shielded by a rainbow umbrella that painted colour across the grey. It was my sanctuary—a tiny world where the rain couldn't reach me, and the storm felt far away. In this painting, I captured that feeling: a place of comfort, a shelter of my own creation. The rainbow wasn’t just a shield—it was my hope, my courage to face the storms around me.
