Beyond the locked door

This old shed was a place I knew too well—a space where I felt small, locked away from the world. But even there, I found a way to paint a brighter scene. I imagined that if I could just open the door, I’d step into a different world, filled with light, flowers, and rainbows that stretched across the sky. It was a world I created to escape, a vision of the colours I wished existed beyond the shadows.
